Cookie Decorating

We had our second annual Christmas cookie decorating, with a little less frosting this year. =)
We also saw a gorgeous rainbow off the hillside.

Fun with the Wilsons

While Bethany is on Christmas break from kindergarten, she's coming to visit us during the day along with Bekah and Gabe. Bethany loves to play with Tom and she has so much patience to play with him for a looooooong time! She makes him crack up!
While Tom slept, we made a gingerbread house. Bekah wanted two of the people up on the roof, and we decorated the house and tree with candy and sprinkles.
While Bekah, Gabe and Tom had naptime, Bethany helped me finish making Christmas cookies. She was so good, rolling out the dough and using the cookie cutters. She was rewarded with a lolli-cake. She was quick to pop the whole thing right into her mouth.

Sitting up

Tom's getting better at sitting up by himself.

Lots of giggles

Sitting Up-ish

Tom's been practicing sitting up unsupported. He's not great at it yet but he's getting better. Here's a before and after.

Daddy's boy

Tom's going to be just like his daddy. Daddy's always drinking coffee and Tom wanted a taste. (We didn't give him any.) We fed Tom some peas and got the camera ready for a funny face but he just lapped it all up like he's been eating peas all his life and Daddy taught him to chase Mommy with an empty wrapping paper roll.

Giggles

Tom has such a wonderful little giggle. He will sometimes just start cracking up at something Jake or I will do.

All my kids!!

Bethany's after school care was closed for Veteran's Day which meant I got to have all my kids
together again!! It was a fun day, I was only a little exhausted afterward. Dad asked how I got everyone to hold still for the picture. My secret: This was the fifth one I took. Just keep snapping, eventually, one will be ok. Aren't they cute?

4 months old

Tom is now rolling over both ways, giggling, and he always has a smile for his mommy and daddy. He's also getting his bottom two front teeth. He still won't take a pacifier but he did figure out how to suck his thumb. Here's some of his latest pictures.

Gram always knows how to get Tom Tom to sleep.

He loves the lights and music from his Leap Frog chair.

Just like Grandpa Turner, can't resist the Spam.

He prefers standing to sitting, and now his legs are super-strong.
