We had a baby...and other news

Hello, again! It's been around nine months or so since last I updated the blog. So sorry for the delay. Since the last posting, we have had many adventures. We'll just skip from the last post in mid July to when Baby #2 was born. In between was Refugio, Allie and Steve's wedding, "Sam Day" at Sky High Jump, meeting some of the Chase side of the family from Georgia, as well as many other events. Oh, okay, here are some highlights from those adventures.

Then on August 28th, my due date, I was induced and later on that evening Damon Turner Chase made his first appearance! Weighing in at 8 lbs, 7 ounces, 21.5 inches long, he came out with red hair like his daddy. Big brother Tom was so proud.

He's a very mellow baby, poor thing was diagnosed with jaundice two days in. Damon had to live with these blue paddle lights on his around the clock. It lasted about a week.
